How do I qualify for a Trade Account?
Trade Accounts are open to registered businesses: marine electricians, boat builders, RV manufacturers, fleet managers, and dealers. Apply online approvals typically complete within 24 hours. You’ll need a valid business license or EIN. Volume discounts activate automatically based on your annual spend tier.
Are you an authorized dealer for the brands you sell?
Yes. We are an authorized distributor for Victron Energy, Blue Sea Systems, Anderson Power Products, Deutsch, Eaton, and Egis Mobile Electric. All products are genuine, warranty-valid, and sourced directly from manufacturers. We do not sell grey-market or counterfeit goods.
What is your return and warranty policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Manufacturer warranties apply to all products and we handle warranty claims on your behalf. Victron Energy products carry a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty. Contact us within 30 days of receipt for a return authorization.
